Use the CMA In-Year Application Form - this is the most up to date form available on the Surrey County Councils admissions website.
Please scan or photograph your completed CMA form and supporting evidence and email it to: schooladmissions@surreycc.gov.uk.

APPEALS
As a Voluntary Aided school, we are our own Admissions authority. Please contact the school in the first instance if you need more information or intend to lodge an appeal, by emailing info@wsgprimary.uk or phoning the school office. Letters should be addressed to the Chair of Governors or Headteacher.
